Some people use tricks to get the Pokemon they want, while others give up. But someone wants to do it without cheating. That's right. Read this article and follow the steps to catch Regirock, Regice and Registeel in Emerald without using any tricks.
Steps
Step 1. Capture Relicanth
You can find wild Relicanth underwater near Fuligin City. All you have to do is dive underwater and search among the algae. Finding Relicanth can take a while, because the most common Pokemon in this area is Clamperl, but after a few fights you will undoubtedly encounter one. The best choice is to use a Sub Ball or Net Ball, because Relicanth does not have a high chance of catching with the other balls.
Step 2. Capture Wailord
Wild Wailords are very rare, so your best bet is to level Wailmer up to level 40. You can catch him with a Super Hook near Bluruvia. Use a Net Ball for better results.
Step 3. The next step is to fly to Orocea
Use Surf and go to the area where the currents begin. Follow the currents until you reach a dive point on Route 134. Use Sub. You will reach the entrance to a cave. Enter and you will find a cave with boulders written in Braille. Go to the furthest area of the cave and stand in front of the central Braille. You need a Pokemon that knows Fossa. Now put Wailord in first place in the group and Relicanth in last. Use Fossa. An earthquake should break out.
Step 4. Regirock capture
Fly to Volcanopolis, or another city near the desert. Regirock's tomb is located south in the desert. Go inside. Go to the far wall of the cave. Then, walk two steps to the left and two steps back. Now use Rock Smash. The wall should open. Inside, you'll find a level 40 Regirock waiting for you.
Step 5. Capture Regice
After capturing Regirock, it's Regice's time. Fly to Petalopoli or Bluruvia and join Route 105. There you will find Regice's cave. Once inside, take an hourly tour inside the cave, always skirting the wall. The door will open. Inside you'll find Regice at level 40.
Step 6. Capture Registeel
Next on the list is Registeel. It is the most difficult of the three to catch. His cave is on Route 120, so Fly to Forest City. Once inside, go to the center of the cave and use Flash. The door will open. Inside you can challenge Registeel at level 40.
Step 7. Congratulations, you have captured the Regi trio
If you own the Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum version of Pokemon, you can transfer the three Pokemon with Pal Park and catch Regigigas! (Note: Pal Park will only be open when you've completed the main story and seen all of Sinnoh's Pokemon.)

- Get a Pokemon close to level 40 with super effective moves to weaken the Regi.
