This article explains how to delete one or more rows on Google Sheets.
Steps
Step 1. Visit https://sheets.google.com using a browser
If you are logged in with your Google account, the list of associated documents will open.
Log into your account if it doesn't happen automatically
Step 2. Click on the Google Sheets document you want to open

to create a new sheet.
Step 3. Click on the number of the row you want to delete
It is located on the left side of the page. The row should be selected and turn blue. You can also select multiple lines at a time as follows:
- Hold down ⇧ Shift and click on another row number to select all the rows in between;
- Hold down Ctrl (on PC) or ⌘ Command (on Mac) and click on another line number to add it to the selection.
Step 4. Click on the Edit tab in the menu bar at the top of the screen
Step 5. Click Delete Selected Rows
This option allows you to view the selected row or range of rows. All the data inside them will be deleted and the underlying rows will be moved to take the place of the removed ones.
