This wikiHow teaches you how to copy a group chat invitation link to your clipboard and share it with your contacts using a desktop browser.
Steps
Step 1. Open a browser
You can use whatever you want, be it Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Opera.
Step 2. Log in to the Telegram website
Type web.telegram.org in the address bar and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
If login is not automatic, you will need to provide your phone number and enter a verification code to view your account
Step 3. Click on a group chat in the panel on the left
Search for a group in the conversation list on the left, then click on the chat. This will open the conversation on the right side of the window.
Step 4. Click on the group name at the top of the window
Look for the group name at the top of the conversation and click on it. This will open a new pop-up with the information and details of the group.
Step 5. Click Share link in the pop-up window
This will open the group invitation link in a new window.
Alternatively, in this section you can select "Invite members". Both options allow you to select members from your contact list and add them to the group
Step 6. Double click on the invitation link
This way, you will select it and highlight it in blue.
Step 7. Click on the invitation with the right mouse button
This will open a drop-down menu.
Step 8. Select Copy from the drop-down menu
The link will then be copied to the clipboard.
Step 9. Share the link with the people you want to invite
You can send it to a contact via text or share it on a social network. Anyone with the link will be able to join the group chat.
