There is a first time for everything - the cycle, the car and the kiss. Getting ready for the first kiss isn't always easy, but it's better than paying the consequences of not being absolutely ready.
Steps
Step 1. Decide if you are ready for your first kiss
Do you want to do it just to become an "in" person or do you really want to?
Step 2. Talk to other people you know, such as your friends, parents or close family, or your favorite teacher
Ask for their opinions on who you should kiss, when, how or why. If you talk to friends who have kissed someone before, ask them questions and listen to their answers so you can learn from their experiences.
Step 3. Think about why you want to kiss a particular person
Because you like? Think carefully. If you want to kiss her just because she is beautiful or popular, maybe you should think again. Kiss someone you like also for their soul and character, not just for their physical appearance.
Step 4. Trust yourself
Be confident in yourself and the person you want to kiss.
Step 5. Practice
Learn how to move your lips and how long to kiss before moving on to the actual kiss.
Step 6. Maintain your oral hygiene
Brush your teeth and floss regularly.
Step 7. Make a plan on how to approach the person you want to kiss
If you are dating, do you want to kiss him at the end of a date? Or do you want to take him by surprise? Whatever you decide to do, make sure you have a plan and stick to it.
Step 8. Relax
Remember it's just a kiss and not the end of the world.
