A Moneygram money transfer order must be completed correctly for the payment to be accepted and processed by the payee and the financial institution without complications. Steps
Step 1. In the application form indicate the name of the payee (the person or company you are making the payment to) on the line identified with "Payee details" or "Pay on order"
Step 2. Put your full signature with name and surname on the line identified with the words "Signature of the payer"
Step 3. Write your full address on the line marked "Address"
In the immediately following fields you will also have to enter the city, the postal code and the state of residence.
Step 4. Separate the transfer order from the stencil or receipt, the part of the form separated from the pre-punched marking
If you use the form provided by Banco Posta, the operator will deliver the receipt once he has registered your transfer order.
Step 5. Keep your receipt or order stub for your reminder
Even if your transfer order is stolen or lost, the information contained in the receipt or stencil can be used as proof of the transaction, as well as to track the progress of the money transfer.
Advice
- In case you find it necessary to add information such as your account number, apartment number, or other references to your Moneygram transfer order, you can write them next to your address or signature. So you avoid any kind of complication that could arise if this information were confused with the name of the beneficiary.

- Buy Moneygram order forms only directly from Moneygram itself or at authorized post offices. Alternatively, from authorized resellers of which you can find a list on the Moneygram.it website. Buying these orders from people on the street or from dubious dealers could result in the purchase of counterfeit modules.
- It is not possible to change the name of the beneficiary after filling in the relevant order field. If you make a mistake while placing your order, you will need to fill out the complaint form at Moneygram, and you will have to pay a fee to get your money back.
