This article explains how to remove a person from your contact list on Viber using an Android OS device.
Steps
Step 1. Open the Viber application on your device
To open Viber, search for and press the icon depicted by a purple and white balloon. It is located in the application menu.
Step 2. Click on the Contacts tab
This button is located at the top of the screen. This will open the list of all your contacts.
Step 3. Select Viber at the top of the contact list
This option is located next to the tab All, in the upper right corner of the contact list. The list of all the people who use Viber will be displayed.
Step 4. Press and hold the contact you want to delete
Locate the user you want to delete from the contact list on Viber and press and hold their name. This will open a pop-up with various options.
Step 5. Select Delete in the pop-up
You will be prompted to confirm the operation in a new window.
Step 6. Click Delete in the confirmation pop-up
The operation will then be confirmed and the selected contact will be removed from the list.
