Maybe having a close encounter with Harry and Hermione won't be possible, but you can certainly make yourself a butterbeer in your kitchen. Ingrediants
Butterbeer Frozen
- 500ml Vanilla Ice Cream (softened)
- 1/2 stick of butter (softened)
- 75 g of cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of cloves powder
- 950 ml of Apple Cider
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Hot Butterbeer
- 240 ml of Vanilla Fizzy Drink
- 120ml Butterscotch Syrup (caramelized toffee syrup)
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter
- Whipped Cream
Special Butterbeer
- 225 g of cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 6 tablespoons of Butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 180 ml of cream
- 18 cl of Rum
- 4 33 cl bottles of Vanilla Carbonated Drink
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Butterbeer Frozen
Step 1. Blend the cream, butter, sugar and spices
Step 2. Add the vanilla ice cream and whip the mixture to combine all the ingredients
Step 3. Freeze the mixture
Place it in the freezer until it hardens.
Step 4. Distribute the mixture in the glasses
Step 5. Pour the hot cider over the ice cream mixture
Method 2 of 3: Warm Butterbeer
Step 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan
Step 2. Add the butterscotch syrup
Step 3. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl
Step 4. Carefully add the vanilla fizzy drink
Step 5. Distribute the butterbeer in the glasses with the help of a ladle
Method 3 of 3: Special Butterbeer
Step 1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil
Put a saucepan over medium heat. Add the water and sugar and bring them to a boil. Stir the mixture and bring it to 95.5 ° C. Check the temperature frequently using a cake thermometer.
Step 2. Incorporate the butter, salt and 60ml cream
Step 3. Set the mixture aside and let it cool
Step 4. When it has cooled, add the rum as well
Step 5. Whip the remaining cream with the brown sugar
Pour the ingredients into a bowl and whip them until you get a soft and airy mixture.

Advice
- The method of preparing hot butterbeer requires a large bowl, otherwise you risk the liquid splashing out. Even a small dose will create large amounts of foam tripling its volume.
- Optional: Add a small amount of rum (30ml) to each recipe if your diners are all adults.
