Ingrediants
For the cake:
- 900 g of grated cassava
- 3 eggs
- ½ can of condensed milk
- ½ can of evaporated milk
- 60 ml of melted butter
- 35 g of grated cheddar
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the garnish:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 yolks
- 60 ml of coconut cream
- 50 g of grated cheddar
Steps
Part 1 of 2: Making the Cake
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Prepare a 20x30 cm cake pan by greasing it with butter or lining it with parchment paper.
Step 2. Put the cassava, melted butter, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar in a bowl
Mix the ingredients well until you reach a homogeneous consistency.
Step 3. Add the coconut milk
Pour the batter into the pan.
Step 4. Bake for 45-50 minutes
Before taking the cake out of the oven, make sure it is firm on the surface. Remove the pan from the oven and place it on a cake cooling rack.

Step 1. Prepare the garnish by mixing all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat
Stir constantly until it reaches a thick consistency. Let it simmer for about 1 minute.
Step 2. Pour the topping over the cake
