This article explains how to create a photo album on Imgur and share it on Reddit using Android.
Steps
Part 1 of 2: Creating an Album on Imgur
Step 1. Download and install Imgur from the Play Store
This application allows you to create an album and share it on Reddit.
Alternatively, you can open imgur.com in a browser and use it without downloading the app
Step 2. Open the application on Android
The icon looks like a green arrow in a square. It is located in the app menu.
You can log in using a Google account, Facebook or email address if you want to save and archive your uploads
Step 3. Tap the camera icon at the bottom of the screen
This button is located on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. It allows you to open the Android gallery and select the images to upload.
Step 4. Tap all the images you want to upload
The selected photos will be marked with a number in a green square.
The numbers next to the images indicate the sequence of the photos in the album. The first image selected will be the first photo in the album
Step 5. Tap the Next button
It is located at the top right and allows you to confirm the selection of images.
Step 6. Tap the green Post button at the top right
This will create the album and upload it to your Imgur profile.
It is optional to enter the album title in the box at the top of the screen or add descriptions under each image
Step 7. Tap the human silhouette icon at the bottom right
This button is located on the navigation bar at the bottom right and opens your profile page.
Step 8. Tap the album you want to share
You will then be able to view its contents.
Step 9. Tap the icon
It is located in a green button at the bottom right. This will open all sharing options in a new pop-up window.
Step 10. Tap Copy to clipboard in the sharing menu
The album link will be copied to the Android clipboard. You can then paste it and share it on Reddit.
Part 2 of 2: Post to Reddit
Step 1. Open Reddit on Android
The app icon depicts a white alien in an orange circle. You can find it in the app menu.
Step 2. Tap the icon
This button is located at the bottom right of the screen and allows you to create a new publication.
Step 3. Tap Post to link
This option depicts a chain and is located at the bottom left. You will be able to share the album link in this section.
Step 4. Select a subreddit to create the publication
Tap the "Choose a community" field and type the name of the subreddit where you want to publish the album.
If the desired subreddit doesn't appear, try using the search bar at the top of the list
Step 5. Give the post a title
Tap the "An interesting title" field under the subreddit name and enter the title you want to give to the publication.
Step 6. Paste the album link into the post
The link field is located under the title of the publication and has the following label: "Type or paste your link here".
Press and hold the link field and tap "Paste" to paste the album link from the clipboard
Step 7. Tap the Post button
It is written in gray type and is located at the top right. Your album will be released on the selected subreddit.
