This article explains how to delete someone from your LINE contacts on an iPhone or iPad. The removal of a contact is permanent and must be hidden or blocked before proceeding.
Steps
Step 1. Open LINE on your iPhone or iPad
Look for the green icon containing a white speech bubble with "LINE" on it. It is usually found on the main screen.
Removing a user is final and should only be done if you never want to contact him again on LINE
Step 2. Tap the contacts icon
It represents the silhouette of a person and is at the bottom left.
Step 3. Swipe left on the contact you want to delete
Two options will appear under its name.
Step 4. Select Hide or Block.
Since removing a contact is permanent, you can choose any of the two options.
Stop at this step in case you just want to hide or block a contact (actions you can undo later) instead of deleting it. Hide it if you prefer not to see it in your friends list but still want to receive its messages, while block it if you prefer not to be contacted

It is located at the bottom right.
Step 6. Tap the gear icon
It is located at the top right and allows you to open the LINE settings.
Step 7. Scroll down and tap Friends
It is located towards the central part of the menu.
Step 8. Tap Hidden Users or Blocked users.
The option to select depends on the action you intend to perform.
Step 9. Tap Edit next to the user's name
A menu will appear from the bottom of the screen.
Step 10. Tap Remove
The user in question will be permanently deleted from the list of hidden / blocked users and from the address book.
