Steps
Step 1. Make sure your hair is easy to manage and preferably straight
This will help you get them wavy and make the curls more defined and glamorous.
Step 2. Divide your hair into sections
The best way to go about this is by lifting the hair into a half-up with a hair clip or tongs. While styling your hair this way, heat up the straightener.
Step 3. Take a section of the thickness you prefer and place it in the straightener
Step 4. Roll the section towards your head, then pull it down to release the hair
Then roll in the opposite direction to your head. Pull it down again.
Step 5. Repeat step 4 until you have obtained the desired effect
Use this technique all over your head.
Step 6. When you're done, use a volumizing hairspray to set the curls
Method 1 of 2: A Different Way to Straighten Wavy Hair
Step 1. Make sure your hair is straight
Step 2. Roll up a section
It is best that it be as small and narrow as possible.
Step 3. Take the straightener and use it as if you were going to straighten your hair, passing it a few times over the rolled strand
For a good result, keep the straightener on your hair for a long time, but don't overdo it as you risk burning it.

Method 2 of 2: Braid Method
Step 1. Make sure your hair is smooth and dry
Step 2. Divide your hair into sections
They can be both thin and thick.
Step 3. Make a braid with each strand
Remember that thinner, tighter braids will create well-defined curls, while thicker braids will create soft curls. Make sure you start the braid from the middle part of the hair so that it doesn't have too much volume. Once the braid is done, secure it with a rubber band.
Step 4. When you have all your hair braided, use a heat protection spray so you don't burn your hair

Smooth it out as you normally would with loose hair.
