This wikiHow teaches you how to attach stickers to objects (both moving and non-moving) within a Snapchat video.
Steps
Step 1. Open Snapchat
The icon depicts a white ghost on a yellow background.
Step 2. Create a video
To do this, press and hold the circular button at the bottom of the screen, the same one you use to take pictures.
Step 3. Tap the stickers button
It sits at the top of the screen and looks like a post-it note.
You can also make custom stickers from a snap
Step 4. Tap a sticker
You can search for it using the search bar or by tapping the icons at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5. Position and resize the sticker using two fingers
Rotate them to tilt it and spread them out to enlarge.
If you don't want the sticker to move, you can drag it to where you want to place it, then save or send the video
Step 6. Press and hold the sticker with one finger
This allows you to pause the video for easier positioning of the sticker.
Step 7. Move it to the object you want to attach it to
If you attach it to a moving object, the sticker will also move.
You can also pin it to an immobile object in the video. The sticker will not move while the movie is playing
Step 8. Release the adhesive to secure it to the video
- To send the video to your friends, press the white arrow at the bottom right, which is inside a blue circle. To save it, tap the down arrow at the bottom of the screen.
- If desired, you can add other stickers. You can also add text by tapping the T in the top right. If you want to draw something, tap the icon with a pencil.
