Step 1. Get ready
Surveyors are looking for a specific target audience, so you won't be perfect for all surveys (if you're a trendy 25-year-old looking for a 60-year-old stay-at-home, you definitely don't meet the criteria).
Step 2. Complete the preliminary questionnaires
When you sign up, many survey companies usually offer unpaid questionnaires to get started.
- However, it is an important first step that is worth the time it takes as the more demographic information companies have about you, the more surveys they will be able to send you.
- Remember: you will only receive the surveys you can contribute to, so if you leave blank fields in the preliminary questionnaire, your opportunities will be less.
Step 3. Check back often
Check out both the site and your inbox to not miss the polls. Some sites offer more surveys than others and you certainly don't want to miss them!
- Each survey site can only offer you a couple in a full month. The more companies you sign up for, the more surveys you can complete.
- Mark incoming polls, so the mail will ring on every receipt and the mail will be in the foreground. Anything you do to keep polls featured will be helpful.

Once you have a lot of them available, you can become more selective and choose the ones that seem worthy of your time. If time is not an issue, on the other hand, you can answer everyone. But you don't have to complete them if you don't want to.
Method 2 of 3: Find Authorized Sites
Step 1. Do your research but be cautious
There are many companies that offer paid surveys. Which obviously means that there are just as many unscrupulous people trying to make some money without working. Here's how to stay away from scams.
Step 2. Never pay in advance
Some sites will ask you to pay a small fee to access the survey list, which is absolutely wrong. Check the Terms and Conditions, FAQ, or any other page of the site where there is information on the company's policies (if this information is difficult or impossible to find, most likely the site is to be dropped or red flag).
Step 3. Make sure you are paid in cash
There are tons of internet searches that are paid for in cash (or cash points), but some sites pay with gift cards or jackpot games.
- Some sites offer a combination of both, which may or may not be an advantage. Better make sure of the type of reward first by checking the FAQ, Terms and Conditions page, etc.

Finding a survey aggregator site (such as GetPaidSurveys or BigSpot) that allows members to rate the companies they have worked for is a good way to do this. Do not take into account reviews or testimonials that are posted by the sites themselves.
Method 3 of 3: Sign up for Survey Sites
Step 1. Open a survey-only email account
This will keep e-junk away from your main inbox. Sites may also claim that they will not sell your information, but they may trade it for favors. Once the information is gone, it is gone.
Step 2. Register on legal sites
Usually you will be asked for basic information such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, and postal address. Additionally, you will need to provide your PayPal account - usually associated with an email address - so that you can receive the money you earn.
