Leadership ability is an intangible gift that usually cannot be recognized with medals and trophies, unlike athletic or aesthetic talent. However it is an essential quality for the operations of any organization and company as well as for the completion of any project. Steps
Step 1. Identify your leadership style
You need to know what kind of leader you are before showing others that you can lead a team or project. This requires that you understand the dominant characteristics of your character, your strengths and weaknesses, as well as your core values.

Step 4. Contact the supervisor or hiring manager and arrange a meeting to discuss a potential future role you would like to play within the company

- It is important that you are nice so as not to annoy others by flaunting your qualities. Behave in a friendly way with your colleagues. A little kindness never hurts.

- Interpersonal relationships are complicated to manage and can often be the discriminating factor in promoting leaders. Do not be discouraged if you are not successful in one place, as this may simply mean that you are incompatible with the other members of the group, not that you are an inadequate leader.
- If you don't get the position you want, don't give up. If you don't share your boss's point of view, move on to another group or department (if you can do it without causing inconvenience) or a different company.
