Calling Australia from anywhere in the world is quick and easy. Before you start, you need to check the time in Australia and get the international exit code you need (Italy and UK = 00, USA and Canada = 011), Australian national code (61), area code and the phone number itself. Method 1 of 2: Make a phone call
Step 1. Enter your country's exit code
This number allows you to call a foreign country. It is known as the "international direct dialing code" or "international access code".
