Have you ever wanted to prank your friends or strangers? Do you just want to see their reaction or do you want to do it for fun? This article will teach you how to build the simplest of traps in Minecraft.
Steps
Step 1. Get four blocks of sand (from deserts and beaches) and 5 units of gunpowder (killing creepers) to make TNT
Step 2. Get two blocks of rock
You can obtain the rock by extracting stone and then melting it in a furnace. Build a rock pressure plate by placing two rock blocks side by side in your inventory crafting area, or on a workbench.
Step 3. Place the TNT block wherever you want
Step 4. Place the pressure plate directly on the previously placed TNT block
At this point, as soon as someone steps on the pressure plate, the block will explode.
Step 5. Experiment
There are tons of ways to customize these simple traps. Make sure you have cleared up the damage caused by these experiments, otherwise the victim could guess what is about to happen to him!
Get a block of gravel and place it between the TNT and the pressure plate. Place a sign next to the dais that says "Press to get diamonds !!" as a bait
Advice
- Experiment with traps. Instead of TNT, you can create a moving earth block that, when stepped on, will cause other players to fall into a lava pit!
- To make it less obvious, don't write excessive things on the sign, such as "free diamonds". Only beginners will fall for it! On the contrary, make believe that the house is defenseless and full of chests, a temptation for griefers but a perfect tactic for a revenge! On the sign, write "Press to get a red stone".
- Try to disguise the pressure plate to make it less visible. They will never understand what it is!
