This wikiHow teaches you how to send a beating heart emoji to a group or friend using WhatsApp on an Android device.
Steps
Step 1. Open WhatsApp on your Android device
The icon looks like a green speech bubble containing a white handset.
If you haven't already set it up, this article explains how to install the application and create a new account
Step 2. Tap the Chat tab
If another page opens, tap the "Chat" button within the navigation bar, located at the top of the screen. You will be able to see a list of your latest private and group conversations.
Step 3. Tap a chat to open the entire conversation, whether it's private or group
Step 4. Tap the emoji icon, depicting a smiley face
It's next to the box where you type your messages, in the lower left corner. This will open the emoji menu.
Step 5. Touch the button
?# in the emoji menu, which is categorized into several tabs on Android. It is the second key from the right.
You can also swipe left or right in the emoji menu to switch between categories
Step 6. Tap the red heart emoji
It is the first of the series and is located at the top right of the "!? #" Tab.
Do not add any other emojis or words to the message, otherwise the animation will be canceled and you will send a static heart
Step 7. Tap the "Send" button
The icon looks like a paper airplane and is next to the message box in the chat. In the conversation, the emoji will appear red, animated and pulsating.
