The anti-cellulite massage does not melt excess fat, but it helps to reduce imperfection when combined with diet and exercise.
The anti-cellulite massage improves blood circulation in the affected areas.
Steps
Step 1. Apply moisturizing lotion to the cellulite area to help your hands slide easily
Step 2. Start by massaging the lowest point and then work your way up to the heart
Step 3. Apply moderate pressure to the skin and alternate the following movements:
-
Long, wide strokes with the knuckles, fingers or palm of the hand.
-
Again make circular motions with your hand as before.
-
Massage as if you were kneading flour by grabbing the skin with your thumb and fingers and making circular motions.
-
Gently pinch the skin between your thumb and fingers, and gently pull it away from your body.
-
Gently pinch the skin between your thumb and fingers, and pull it in all directions.
Step 4. Always finish with large, relaxing strokes (Effleurage)
There are many ultra-sound massagers on the market whose effectiveness is proven. By adding an anti-cellulite lotion or cream, the results are much better and faster.
Advice
- A lot of women have this problem! Don't think you are the only one!
- Use a rotating tool, with rollers or with a heavy texture to further stimulate the area and not to tire your hands.
- Do the massage every day, for at least five minutes in each area to be treated.
- Add essential oils such as Black Pepper, Rosemary, Geranium and Ginger to the simple lotion to create a personalized anti-cellulite formula. Black Pepper is warming and stimulating; Rosemary is perfect for the treatment of varicose veins and cellulite; geranium increases lymphatic discharge and has a detoxifying effect; Ginger improves circulation, reduces pain, warms, and is ideal for treating bruises.
- For the pinching technique, it is easier to work without lotion.
- Remember to always love yourself, regardless of the appearance of your skin.
- Plus: if you feel beautiful inside and if you are happy with yourself, you can see it outside too!
