We activate the star surrounding the Kundalini energy and meditate with Shambhavi Mudra on the light within us. In this way we will be able to quickly reach inner peace and happiness. By sitting and meditating with the Shambhavi technique, the flow of light enters our body, making our bliss grow. Shambhavi Mudra is Shiva's main meditation technique. It is the simplest way to hold the light inside our body (Sat-Chid-Anananda).
Steps
Step 1. Visualize a bright star
Imagine that the earth is below you and that it revolves with a star in the globe. Think of the "Earth" mantra. Go around with your star, until the earth around you lights up completely. Scrub the ground with your feet.
Step 2. Look at the beautiful sun shining in the sky
It is directing its rays towards you. Let them enter your body. Fill it with light and think of the mantra "Sun". Move your feet and their toes.
Step 3. Go around with the star that surrounds your body and think of the mantra "body"
Get rid of all tension. Wrap yourself in light and massage yourself.
Step 4. Go around with the star in your body
Divide the body into sections and purify them one by one. Eliminate tension and fill them with light. Think of the mantra "Light". Keep spinning with the star focusing mainly on the head, abdomen, legs and feet. Massage those areas.
Step 5. Wave a hand with approval and think:
"I am sending the light to (name)." May all beings be happy, may the whole universe be happy ".
Step 6. The hands are now on the abdomen
Tense the muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and chest. Keep them tense. Take it easy. Repeat the process. Breathe deeply many times with the abdomen. When you inhale, think "Om" and when you exhale "Shanti". Think of the "Om - Shanti" mantras heading more and more towards inner peace. Your thoughts are now quiet.
Step 7. Shambhavi Mudra is Shiva
It means "blessed" and is his main meditation technique. By spinning the stars, the energy moves inside the body. The back and head are straight and the stomach is relaxed. Partially or fully open your eyes and focus on the energy within you (the light, a chakra, or the Kundalini channel in the center of your body). Now the energy will move from your eyes inwards, stabilizing your state of meditation. Stop thinking. Focus on the Kundalini channel, a chakra (the heart or the sacral chakra) or the light within you. Spend some time meditating quietly. Slowly wake up.
Advice
- In India lived a man named Tantipa. He was a weaver and made beautiful rugs and blankets. But over time his hands stiffened and he was forced to give up his job. Something was missing. Tantipa lived alone in his hut. His wife died many years earlier. Tantipa dedicated his life to his wife and his work. He had children who took different paths and who didn't want to have anything to do with him. The only thing they did when he got older was brought him food every day. Tantipa was a very busy man, but inside he was bored and spent many years in solitude. He often complained about his cruel fate.
- One day, a yogi heard Tantipa cry and said to him, "You are crazy, you can't see the immense treasure your life has given you. You could be a great teacher and develop your inner happiness. By practicing yoga every day you could become wiser and wiser and, instead of taking advantage of this great opportunity, you spend your days complaining about your fate by causing yourself pain. " Tantipa was aware of the existence of inner happiness. The principles of Hinduism consist in learning when you are small, working as adults, having a family and achieving enlightenment at the end of your life. Tantipa realized that the yogi was right, and asked him for advice. Thus began an intense spiritual practice.
- Tantipa has always been very busy throughout his life, he worked hard and consistently. These qualities motivated him to embark on the path of yoga. Tantipa practiced assiduously doing yoga, meditating, reading and thinking positively. After 12 years of constant practice, he achieved enlightenment. All inner tensions disappeared and her Kundalini energy began to flow. His mind was full of happiness and his body of energy. Tantipa radiated love and light. Everyone went to see him to hear his wise words and absorb his energy. He never got bored again and was very satisfied with the purpose of his life on this planet.
Warnings
- This type of meditation isn't complicated, but don't force things. Kundalini is a great power that can lead us to reach enlightenment, but it takes a lot of time and constancy.
- In November 1986, a yogi had an intense experience of enlightenment. During a meditation session, he suddenly felt a warm and intense energy that started from the lower abdomen up to the center of his body. He watched her with interest, and as she continued to grow, she felt more and more at peace. He described it as a hot and dense stream of water. When the energy reached his head, he suddenly felt that he was part of the cosmos. He felt immense joy and a feeling of absolute awareness. These sensations lasted half an hour. After hours of the experience, the yogi felt restless but after a while he began to calm down. In yoga, this experience refers to Kundalini energy and is the highest level of hatha yoga. In 1987, in August, the yogi had another similar experience. Kundalini energy developed from the center of his body upwards. But this time, when he got to the head, he didn't stop and focused on the crown chakra and then launched himself into the sky with great force. After a short time, the energy returned and began to flow inside his body until it reached the ground. As a result, the circuit was closed: the yogi was able to connect with the energy of the earth and the sky. From this story we can understand the powers of Kundalini energy.
