Maybe you have a friend who you really can't stand because she always tries to make you jealous. He may be showing off his wealth, his car or his clothes, and you probably can't stand it anymore. Now is the time to reverse the situation! Make your friend jealous by becoming the life of the party, showing off and improving yourself. Feeling envied, you will have a lot of fun!
Steps
Part 1 of 3: Being in the Center of Attention
Step 1. Be confident using body language
When you enter a room, make it your kingdom! Keep your head up, take big steps, and let your arms swing at your sides. When you get up or sit down, take the space you want! Sit with your elbows on the chair and your feet slightly apart. Stand up and look people in the eye when you talk to them.
Remember: self-esteem is important to you, not just your friend
Step 2. Be the life of the party
When you are at a social event, make your presence stand out. Move around the room chatting with people and introducing yourself to those you don't know. By the end of the evening, you will understand that you have so many new friends and relationships! This will allow you to have more fun in any case.
- For example, you could go to someone you don't know and say, “Hey, fun party, huh? My name is Anna. You?” From there you can talk about food, music and how you know the host. some questions, for example asking him where he comes from.
- Also, if there is a DJ but no one is dancing, get some friends on the dance floor and get the party started! You could also choose to sing karaoke if it is available. Do things that get people's attention.
Step 3. Stand in the center of the room
When you arrive at a party where your friend is also present, go straight to the center of the room - that way all eyes will be on you. Make sure you look your best so you'll feel great and get lots of attention.
Stay in the center of the room for 5-10 minutes and chat with your friends. You can later start socializing with other guests
Step 4. Surround yourself with friends
Wherever you go, don't leave your party behind. If your friend is part of this group, let her have fun too, but try to focus attention on you by laughing, telling jokes and helping everyone to feel good. Either way, spending time with your friends is important regardless of whether your friend is jealous or not.
Part 2 of 3: Show yourself off with your friend
Step 1. Invite her to your home if you've bought any new items
If you've just changed your room decor, bought a new TV or the latest console on the market, you probably can't wait to show it to your friend. Invite her to your house and tell her how happy you are with your new things. It's always fun to share interesting new purchases with your friends.
Don't brag too much, though. Nobody likes braggart. Simply tell her: “Hey Chiara, I have the new Playstation. You want to play?"
Step 2. Use social media to post some photos of you enjoying yourself
When on vacation, take great photos and post them. Or maybe your parents threw you the best birthday party ever. Ask someone to take some photos. Having these pictures with you can also ensure that you remember all the interesting people and experiences in your life.
- For example, you could post a video of the view from your hotel room to Snapchat and enter the caption "View from my suite".
- On Instagram, you could post a selfie of your new hairstyle or car you got for your birthday.
Step 3. Show your best skills
Do you have great eyes? Highlight them with mascara or eyeshadow. Maybe you have nice arms? Wear a sleeveless shirt to highlight your physique. You will get compliments all day and feel great about yourself.
Step 4. Spend time with your significant other
Date someone and talk to this person regularly to keep the relationship alive. Post photos of you two doing nice things together. If he gives you a gift or sweet gesture, post that too.
Make sure you don't use this person to make your friend jealous; nobody likes to be exploited
Step 5. Plan something fun every day
In the midst of this web of jealousies, don't forget to have fun! Go out for an ice cream with your friends, go to the cinema with your sister or do some sport with your dad. The more you have fun, the happier you will be. You may even forget to make your friend jealous!
Remember: life is for family and friends! Don't get so caught up in making your friend jealous that you lose her friendship
Part 3 of 3: Improving Yourself to Make Her Jealous
Step 1. Improve your conversation skills
The better you are at talking to people, the more friends you'll make - it's an important skill to have. When you talk to someone, really listen to them and ask them questions to find out more about what they said to you. You can also repeat their name often, because people tend to respond positively when they hear their name.
For example, you could say: "So Mattia, it seems to me that you really like your job! Are you going to work there for a long time?"
Step 2. Look your best every day
When you look good it usually feels great, so be proud of your look. Wake up early in the morning and take the time to perfect it. Take a shower, shave and style your hair as best you can. Make sure you wear clean, wrinkle-free clothes that fit you perfectly. Choose the perfect accessories, like a bag or a bracelet, to complete your outfit.
- You can wear a nice pair of high-waisted jeans with a top that leaves your shoulders bare. You can also choose a new pair of sneakers with a sporty sweatshirt.
- You can also wear makeup or use perfume for an extra touch.
Step 3. Train every day for thirty minutes
Show your friend (and yourself) how tough you are by going to the gym often. Focus on taking care of your body so that you feel good about yourself when you show off.
You can go to the gym, work out from home, or run around your neighborhood
Step 4. Commit to school and work
Be a dragon in everything you do, to show the world that you can do anything. Arrive at the classroom or office a few minutes early, every day. When doing your homework, check everything to make sure you haven't made any mistakes. Study, so you will be the best at what you do! The more things you accomplish, the closer you will be to your goals.
Step 5. Repeat positive mantras to yourself every morning
Start your day by reminding yourself how good you are! Before leaving the house, look in the mirror and say a few positive and uplifting phrases. And remember: life isn't about making your friend jealous, so don't do it for more than a couple of weeks. A true friendship shouldn't involve so much jealousy. Focus on your happiness and life will be great!
