This recipe will allow you to cook a delicious-tasting mushroom omelette, follow the directions and get ready to enjoy a simple and healthy dish.
Ingrediants
- 2 or 3 eggs (or 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white)
- 3 or 4 Champignon Mushrooms
- Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Onion (optional)
- Grated cheese (optional)
- Milk (optional)
Steps
Step 1. Wash the mushrooms gently and remove the stems
Step 2. Slice and pat them gently to dry
Step 3. Beat the eggs until smooth and fluffy
Add a pinch of salt, pepper, milk and grated cheese.
Step 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a pan
Fry the mushrooms in hot oil and season them with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. After a few minutes they will be golden and succulent.
Step 5. Remove them from the pan and transfer them to a separate bowl
Step 6. Add the oil to the pre-heated pan and rotate it to distribute it evenly across the bottom
Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook until the lower part thickens, while the upper one is still soft. Be careful not to burn yourself.
Step 7. Spread the mushrooms over the eggs and remove the pan from the heat, then fold your omelet in half
Step 8. Now put the pan back on the stove and turn your omelette upside down
Step 9. Transfer it to a serving dish and accompany it with raw vegetables, such as tomatoes

Advice
- If you break your omelette, quickly turn it into scrambled eggs with mushrooms.
- If possible, cook your omelette on a high flame.

- Make sure the pan is completely dry before putting it back on the stove and adding the oil.
