This tutorial will show you how to draw two types of guitar, one classic and one electric.
Note: In each step, follow the red lines.
Steps
Step 1. First of all, prepare all the necessary materials, such as paper, pencil, sharpener and eraser
For coloring, you can choose from colored pencils, crayons, markers or watercolors. Use good quality drawing paper to make the colors better.
Method 1 of 2: Classical Guitar
Step 1. Sketch a pear shape in the center of the paper
This will be the body.
Step 2. Above the body, draw a long, narrow oval
Step 3. At the upper end of the oval draw another smaller one, while at the lower end draw a small circle
Step 4. Review the contours of the guitar
Add details like ropes.
Step 5. Carefully erase the guidelines and darken the edges
Step 6. Add some color
Follow the figure as a reference, or color as you like.
Method 2 of 2: Modern Guitar
Step 1. In the center of the paper sketch a pear shape
This will be the body.
Step 2. Above the body, draw a long, narrow oval
Step 3. At the top of the oval, draw a smaller one
Step 4. Review the contours of the guitar
Add details like strings and pickups.
Step 5. Carefully erase the guidelines and darken the edges
Step 6. Add some color
Follow the figure for reference, or embellish the guitar as you like.
