This article explains how to install the free LINE app on your iPhone or iPad. You will immediately get 20 points by creating an account for the LINE app and many other additional points by carrying out the Tapjoy activities from time to time.
Steps
Part 1 of 2: Create a LINE Account
Step 1. Launch the LINE app on your iPhone or iPad
It is characterized by a green icon depicting a cartoon inside which the word "LINE" is visible. Normally it is displayed on the Home of the device.
Step 2. Press the… button
It is located in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 3. Select the LINE Point option
It is displayed in the top center of the screen.
If you already have LINE points, the corresponding value will be displayed above the indicated item
Step 4. Select the LINE Point item
It is characterized by a green icon inside which the white letter "P" is displayed and is located in the "Official Account" section. A description of what LINE points are will be displayed.
Step 5. Choose the Add as friend option
It is located below the description that appeared on the screen.
Step 6. Press the Add button
It is located in the lower left corner of the screen. The agreement relating to the terms and conditions for using the service will appear. Make sure you read all of the content carefully before continuing.
Step 7. Press the Allow button
The official "Line Point" account has been added to your friends.
Step 8. Select the Get Points option
It features a green button located at the bottom of the screen. You will see a confirmation message appear and your new LINE Point balance, displayed at the top of the screen, should be 20.
Part 2 of 2: Using Tapjoy
Step 1. Launch the LINE app on your iPhone or iPad
It is characterized by a green icon depicting a cartoon inside which the word "LINE" is visible. Normally it is displayed on the Home of the device.
Step 2. Press the… button
It is located in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 3. Select the LINE Point option
It is displayed in the top center of the screen.
If you already have LINE points, the corresponding value will be displayed above the indicated item
Step 4. Select the Tapjoy option
It features a red "Tapjoy" icon and is located in the "Other Activities" section. A warning message will appear stating that the IP address and other business information will be shared with a third party company.
Step 5. Press the Accept button
You'll see the list of still available tasks that you can complete.
Step 6. Select an activity
The task you will be assigned varies depending on the area you are in, but you will normally need to do short activities to earn additional free points. Often you'll just have to watch a movie, take a survey, or download and install a specific app.
Step 7. Complete the assignment you have been assigned
Follow the instructions that will appear on the screen to complete the task that has been assigned to you and to be able to obtain the points that you are entitled to. When you have completed an activity, your LINE points balance will be automatically updated and displayed at the top of the screen.
