Step 1. Select the "Menu" button, then choose the "Contacts" item
Step 2. Select the "Menu" button and choose the "Import / Export" option
Step 3. You can choose either "Export to SIM card" or "Export to SD card" option
The choice depends on your needs.
Step 4. Press the "OK" button to confirm exporting the contacts
Your contact data will be copied to the selected media.
Method 3 of 5: Back Up Media Files to SD Card
Step 1. Select the "Applications" icon from the Home of your Samsung Galaxy S4
Step 2. Select the "Archive" icon, then choose the "All files" folder
Step 3. Press the "Menu" button, then choose the "Select All" option
Step 4. Press the "Menu" button, then choose the "Copy" option
Step 5. Select the "Memory Card" option

Step 1. Connect the Galaxy S4 to your computer using a USB data cable

The "Autoplay" window will appear on the screen as soon as Windows detects the device.
Make sure the phone is not locked by some form of security key, otherwise the device will not allow you to view files on the computer
Step 3. Select the "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer" item
Step 4. From the Explorer window, select the device icon located in the side menu available on the left of the window
Step 5. Choose the files you want to save, then drag them to the desired folder on your computer
Step 6. After copying is complete, disconnect the Galaxy S4 from the computer and the USB cable

Step 1. Access the Samsung Kies official website using the following URL
Step 2. Select the option to download and install the software for Mac OS X
Samsung Kies program is required to be able to transfer files from device to computer and vice versa.
Step 3. Connect the Galaxy S4 to your computer using a USB data cable
Step 4. Launch the Samsung Kies program on your computer in case you haven't already
Step 5. Select the "Backup / Restore" tab of the program
Step 6. Select the "Select all items" checkbox
Step 7. Press the "Backup" button when finished
" The selected files will be saved on your computer through the Samsung Kies program.
