This article explains how to access Discord from your computer. You can download the desktop application or use the web version in your favorite browser.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Using the Desktop App
Step 1. Open the Discord app
If you have it installed on a PC or Mac, double click on the icon, which looks like a blue dialog box containing a white joystick.
If you haven't installed the app, visit https://discordapp.com/ and click on the link to download it. Once the download is complete, double click on the installer to start it
Step 2. Enter your e-mail address in the corresponding field
You need the address used to sign up for Discord.
If you don't already have an account, click on "Register"
Step 3. Enter the password in the corresponding field
Since uppercase and lowercase are differentiated, be sure to write it carefully.
Step 4. Click Login
It is located inside a blue box, below the password field. If you entered the password correctly, the main Discord screen will open.
Method 2 of 2: Using the Web Application
Step 1. Open your preferred browser, such as Chrome or Safari, to access the web version of Discord
You don't have to download the desktop app.
Step 2. Visit https://www.discordapp.com to open the main Discord page
Step 3. Click Sign In at the top right
Step 4. Enter your e-mail address in the corresponding field
You need the address used to create your Discord account.
If you are not logged in, click on "Register"
Step 5. Enter the password in the corresponding field
Uppercase and lowercase letters are differentiated: be careful.
Step 6. Click Login
It is located in a blue box, below the password field. If you typed it correctly, the main Discord page will open.
