A well-appointed bathroom is stylish and functional. Accessories such as towel racks or toilet roll holders help create a cohesive look in the room, making the bathroom practical to use. Accessories can be added at any time.
Steps
Step 1. Place a towel rail near the shower, large enough to hold towels for all the people who use it
You can put two or one long.
Step 2. Add a towel ring or hook to the wall adjacent to the sink to dry your hands
Step 3. If there is enough space near the sink, a shelf can be added to store towels of different sizes
Step 4. Install a toilet roll holder within reach of the toilet
Consider buying it open to make changing rolls easier.
Step 5. Place metal baskets in the corners of the shower
Use different proportions for soap, shampoo, and other things so they don't accumulate water or soap residue.
Step 6. Install a hanger behind the bathroom door
Step 7. Put at least one medicine cabinet
It can be mounted on the wall adjacent to the sink or shower to have it close at hand.
Step 8. Place a shelf above the sink and under the mirror to place small personal hygiene items
Step 9. Place a soap dish and toothbrush and toothpaste holder on the wall above the sink or on the sink itself
Step 10. Use a hanging cabinet over the toilet to store other toiletries and towels
Step 11. Place a pull-out magnifying mirror on the wall above or adjacent to the sink
Make sure to mount it in a place where there is enough light. Alternatively, you can buy it with a built-in light bulb.
Step 12. Place a non-slip mat on the floor in front of the shower to prevent wetting the floor and slipping
Step 13. Complete the design with photo frames, flower pots, candles and a variety of personal touches
Advice
- Buy accessories of the same brand and style as the taps. This will give a metallic tone and a cohesive design.
- Add towels for all people who use the bathroom. At least one for the shower, hands and face.
