This article explains how to report a user who harasses, mistreats you, or breaks Snapchat rules. Since the mobile application does not allow this, it is necessary to access the website via a browser.
Steps
Step 1. Type https://www.snapchat.com into your mobile browser
You can use the browser you want, be it Chrome or Safari.
If you use a computer, go to https://support.snapchat.com/en-US/i-need-help and read Step 4 directly
Step 2. Scroll down and tap or click on Community
A menu will open.
Step 3. Tap or click on Security Center
Step 4. Select Report a Security Concern
Step 5. Select Report a security problem again
Step 6. Select My Snapchat Account
A list of options will appear.
Step 7. Select the option that you find most appropriate for your situation
Subsequent options vary depending on the reason indicated. In most cases, Snapchat recommends blocking the offending account.
Step 8. Tap or click Yes under the question "Still need help?
This will bring up a form that will allow you to enter additional information about the account in question.
Step 9. Fill out the form
Enter your name and details, the username of the account you intend to report and the additional details requested.
Step 10. Check the box next to I'm not a robot
Step 11. Tap or click Submit
The report will be sent to the Snapchat Security Center. Measures will be taken if the account is deemed to have broken the community rules.
