Clicking the "Like" button on a Facebook post is the perfect way to show appreciation for a person or topic. However, if your notifications menu is practically clogged with updates, you may want to consider deleting some of these old or useless actions from your pages. This is a simple process that you can complete from both the Facebook mobile app and the desktop site.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Desktop
Step 1. Log in to the Facebook page
Visit the website www.facebook.com using your favorite browser, enter the e-mail address or username and password in the respective fields that you can view in the upper right corner; at the end, click on the "Login" button to continue.
Step 2. Open your diary
Once logged in, just click on your name located in the upper right corner of the screen; by doing so, you are directed to the diary.

If you don't have this app, you can download it from Google Play (Android), iTunes App Store (iOS) or the Windows Phone Apps Store. Search for it using the search bar and select the correct application from the proposed results. Tap "Install" to download it and then open it
Step 2. Enter your login credentials
Enter your e-mail address and password in the appropriate spaces and select the "Login" button.

Step 5. Choose "Filter"
This option is located at the top of the screen and allows you to choose the various activity log features you want to view.
Step 6. Choose "Likes and Reactions"
Scroll down the page until you find this wording that allows you to select all the likes you put on Facebook; you can find it above the "Comments" function.
Step 7. Choose the "likes" you want to delete

Once a post has been de-rated, you no longer see its updates in the notifications menu
