This article explains how to add the "Buy Now" button on the Facebook page for your business or the product you market. This button allows users to access a website outside the Facebook platform from which they can purchase the products or services you sell.
Steps
Step 1. Visit the official Facebook website using your computer browser
You can use any internet browser to perform the procedure described in the article. If you have not yet logged into Facebook using your account, you will need to do so now.
Step 2. Click on the icon with an arrow pointing down
It is located in the upper right corner of the Facebook page. A drop-down menu will appear.
Step 3. Click on your page name
If you have more than one page and the one you want to edit is not in the list, click on the item Other… to expand the menu section.
Step 4. Click on the + Add a button option
It is blue in color and located in the lower right corner of the page cover image. A pop-up window will appear with a list of options.
Step 5. Click on the item Buy with you or donations
A list of additional options will be displayed.
Step 6. Click on the Buy Now option
A preview of the button will be displayed in the upper right of the window.
Step 7. Click the Next button
It is blue in color and is located in the lower right part of the window.
Step 8. Click on the Link to Website option
It is the first entry displayed in the "Step 2" section.
If you don't have an e-commerce site where users can buy your products or services directly, you can create one directly on Facebook. In this case, click on the option Showcase on your page, then click the button end.
Step 9. Enter your website URL
This is the address users will be redirected to when they click the button Buy now.
Step 10. Click the Save button
At this point the "Buy Now" button will be active and visible on your Facebook page.
