Beach parties are a cool and fun way to celebrate. This article is a guide to organizing one.
Steps
Step 1. Where
On which beach to party? Take a tour of the beaches in your area and choose the best one. The ideal one should be close enough, free from logs and wood residues (unless you want to make a bonfire) and with clean water. Go to the beach in person and plan where you want to have the party. Remember to ask Council for permits if you plan to organize a very large party.
Step 2. When
In the evening, afternoon or morning? This decision will affect the catering, so make sure it's in a time slot where people haven't eaten already.
Step 3. Age of the participants
Will your grandparents or teenagers come? Will there be any children? In this case, don't organize the party too late in the evening.
Step 4. Food
The best solution is to get fresh and juicy fruits, such as watermelon and mango, in addition to the barbecue. Make sure there are plenty of drinks, chips, and dips.
Step 5. Create the invitations
The possibilities are endless. You can draw palm trees, surfboards, beach balls and waves, just to name a few. Be creative!
Step 6. Make sure you write a reference telephone number and the address where the party will be held on the invitations
Step 7. Organize the catering
You can prepare everything yourself, or rely on a specialized company.
Step 8. Prepare the beach 2-3 hours before the party starts
Don't overlook any detail.
Step 9. Set the playlist to stereo
Step 10. Bring snacks when the first guests arrive and start preparing the barbecue
Step 11. If you have them prepared, organize the games
Step 12. Remember spare towels
Step 13. Make sure the party lasts long so it's fun
Step 14. Don't forget your boat and swimwear
