Steps
Step 1. Smile and be kind
With this attitude you will release a breath of positivity and attract people to you. Help those in need, maybe donate money to charity, do civil service, such as help out in homeless shelters or just offer a shoulder to cry on. The people around you will feed on your energy and carry it with them. As a result, if you exhibit a sunny disposition, the people around you will be fine too.
Step 2. Exercise
Yoga is a good way to relax, meditate and exercise. The best thing is to take lessons from a professional because that way you will stay motivated. It will probably be more pleasant in the morning or at the end of the day. Also consider pilates which also relaxes the body in a peaceful and healthy way.
Step 3. Get a good night's rest
This way when you wake up you will feel fresh and full of energy. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
