- 3 Oranges, one whole, the others quartered
- 15 Cloves
- 1 lemon in quarters

- 1 cinnamon stick (about 7-8 cm)
- 1 piece of ginger (about 5 cm), peeled and cut in half
- 55 g of Raisins
Steps
Step 1. Prepare the oranges
Insert the pointed ends of the cloves into the whole fruit.
Step 2. Distribute them evenly over the surface of the zest
Step 3. Blend the ingredients
Arrange the skewered orange with cloves, quartered oranges, quartered lemon, ginger, cinnamon and raisins in the pot.
