This article explains how to create a custom WeChat sticker from a roll image using an iPhone or iPad.
Steps
Step 1. Open WeChat on your iPhone or iPad
The icon looks like two white speech bubbles on a green background.
Step 2. Tap the Me tab
This button looks like a human silhouette and is located in the lower right corner of the navigation bar. This will open the menu of the "Me" section.
If a conversation opens up, tap the go back button and then use the navigation bar
Step 3. Tap Sticker Gallery
It can be found in the "Me" menu, next to a yellow smiley face emoji.
Step 4. Tap the white gear icon
This button is located in the upper right corner of the "Stickers Gallery". A new page will open with the list of all your sticker packs.
Step 5. Tap Custom
This will open the "Stickers added" gallery. Any custom stickers added from the camera roll will be displayed in this section.
Step 6. Tap the + button
It is located in the upper left corner of the custom stickers page. The camera roll will open.
Step 7. Select an image from the Camera Roll
Find the image you want to use as a sticker and tap it. It will open in full screen.
Step 8. Tap Done
This green button is located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 9. Tap Ok
This green button is located in the lower right corner of the screen. It will allow you to get a custom sticker from the image you have chosen. It will be saved in the stickers library.
