The Redmond giant has ceased official support for Internet Explorer, whose latest released version is Internet Explorer 11. The latter is only available for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 systems. However, it is also included in Windows 10 where the default internet browser is Microsoft Edge.

Warnings
- Despite the claims of the makers of the Windows 10 updates, Internet Explorer is still considered a browser that has significant security vulnerabilities. It is therefore a good idea to avoid using this program, unless of course you have no other choice.
- Do not download the Internet Explorer installation file from any source other than Microsoft's official site.
