Step 1. Get a push-button phone to call FedEx

Step 2. Call 1-800-GoFedEx or 1-800-463-3339 from the United States or Canada
This North American customer service number is free.
Visit the FedEx customer service web page to obtain a FedEx customer service number in Asia, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East or Europe. Go to https://www.fedex.com/us/customersupport/call/. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the region you want to call. A number will be listed for each country where FedEx services are offered
Step 3. At the first prompt, say the word "Agent"
Press the "9" button on each menu to go directly to a customer service assistant. Keep saying "No" or press 9 to bypass the automated service.
Step 4. To access the automated options, choose from the following menus
- Press number 1 to schedule a FedEx pickup.
- Press number 2 to track the shipment of your package, if you have the tracking number.
- Press number 3 to find out where to find a FedEx point in your area.
- Press number 4 to order shipping materials.
- Press number 5 to know the rates on shipping products.
Step 5. Enter the number "64" if you wish to contact FedEx regarding administrative services
FedEx offices offer printing and copying services.
Method 2 of 2: Write to FedEx
Step 1. Write a letter to FedEx about a question or shipment
Be sure to include important data, such as product numbers, dates, and tracking numbers.
Step 2. Enter the date and sign the letter
Step 3. Send the letter to FedEx Customer Relations - 3875 Airways, Module H3, Department 4634, Memphis, TN 38116
The address is valid for both North American and international shipping.
If you are making a request for a FedEx service that originated in another country, you can use email and send an email. Use the same link you used to get the customer service phone number
Step 4. If you need a timely reply, send the letter via insured or international registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt
In this way you will have the guarantee that the letter will be received directly by the person concerned. It can also serve as evidence in the event of an extended correspondence or if any problems arise.
