One of the fastest crimes to commit in Grand Theft Auto 5 to get some cash is an ATM robbery. This offense allows you to earn from a few tens of dollars up to a hundred. It's not possible to rob an ATM directly like you would a shopkeeper, but there is a simple way to get easy loot by using an ATM.
Steps
Step 1. Find an ATM
They are scattered all over the map. You will usually see them at banks, gas stations, supermarkets, and other shops. For example, look for the Xero Gas Station in Pacific Bluffs, west of Los Santos; at the Little Seoul bank in downtown Los Santos or at the Fleeca Bank in Banham Canyon.
Step 2. Wait for someone to use the ATM
Once you find an ATM, wait for a passer-by to approach and use it. You can proceed on foot or by car; the important thing is not to attack the passerby before he finishes using the ATM, otherwise you will not receive the loot.
Step 3. Follow the passerby
