Method 1 of 3: Restart a Crashed or Badly Functioning iPad
Step 1. Locate the "Sleep / Wake" and "Home" buttons

Method 3 of 3: Reset a Disabled iPad (Via iCloud)
Step 1. Launch the internet browser of a computer or mobile device
