Not all of us have perfect writing, especially when we are dealing with an entirely white sheet of paper, devoid of any guidelines. This tutorial shows you how to perfectly print an address on an envelope.
Steps
Step 1. Turn on your printer
Step 2. Start Microsoft Word
Step 3. Select the 'Letters' tab of the menu
Step 4. Select the 'Envelope' button, a new panel will open
Step 5. In the 'Recipient Address' field, type the address information for the recipient of your correspondence
Step 6. In the 'From address' panel, type in your address
If you do not want the return address to be printed, select the 'Omit' check button.
Step 7. Select the 'Preview' button
Within the 'Envelope options' tab, you can change the size of the envelope, the type and size of the font used for printing and the positioning of the address on the envelope.
Step 8. Select the 'Print Options' tab to choose how the envelope is inserted into the printer
When finished, press the 'OK' button.
Step 9. Open your printer's IN tray and insert the envelope as you indicated on the 'Print Options' tab
When finished, close the power drawer.
Step 10. Press the 'Print' button
You can choose whether to save your address as the default address for the 'Sender address' field by pressing the relevant 'Yes' or 'No' buttons.
