This wikiHow teaches you how to switch between applications on Mac when in full screen view mode. You can do this using the trackpad with four fingers or a Magic Mouse with two. Place your fingers on the device and swipe them left or right to switch between one app window. For this method to work, apps must be in full screen view mode.

Part 1 of 2: Enable Special Actions
Step 1. Click on the "Apple" menu icon
Step 2. Click on the System Preferences item
Click on the "Show All" button, located at the top of the window, if all the icons in the "System Preferences" window are not visible.

Part 2 of 2: Scrolling Between Apps
Step 1. Place four fingers on the trackpad or two on the Magic Mouse
If you are using a trackpad and have configured the action to be activated with only three fingers, then you will need to place three fingers on the trackpad.
Step 2. Launch some applications in full screen mode
This action can only be activated when two or more applications are running on the Mac in full-screen mode. You can activate the full screen view mode from the "View" menu or by pressing the key combination Ctrl + ⌘ Command + F.
Step 3. Swipe your fingers left or right to switch between apps
Be careful to swipe as many fingers as you need to trigger the action at the same time, otherwise you won't be able to scroll through apps running in full screen mode.
