This wikiHow teaches you how to start a live broadcast on Twitch using an Android mobile phone or tablet.
Steps
Step 1. Open Twitch on your device
The icon is depicted as a white speech bubble on a purple background. It is usually found on the home screen or in the app drawer.
Step 2. Tap your avatar
It is located in the upper left corner of the screen. Your profile will open.
Step 3. Tap the button that looks like a video camera and that says "Go Live
. It is located in the upper left.
Step 4. Give your stream a title
To start typing, tap the "Give your stream a title" box to open the keyboard. This will be the title of the stream that will appear to Twitch users.
Step 5. Select a category
Tap the down arrow next to "Select a category" to choose a category relevant to the live topic.
Step 6. Tap Start Streaming
It's a purple button at the bottom of the page.
Step 7. Rotate the device to keep it horizontal
The device must be in overview mode to start streaming.
