It is well known that teenage hormones are nearly impossible to control, but they can be restrained somehow. All you need to do is follow these simple steps.
Steps
Step 1. Learn what hormones are and how they work
A simple internet search is sufficient.
Step 2. Think back to when your hormones weren't playing a big role
Pretend you were still in that time, when being a boy or a girl didn't matter. Try it, even if it means stopping whatever you are doing, whenever you think about the other sex.
Step 3. Your feelings are important
Think about all the negative emotions, write them down and then draw a big X on each of them. These feelings control you and the only way not to be overwhelmed is to eliminate negative emotions. Think about what makes you feel good. Draw a picture of what makes you positive.
Step 4. Be proud of what you have
Hormones are part of you and you can't make them disappear, but with the right tools you can control them.
Step 5. Stress can increase hormonal changes
Take a rest, take a shower and try to do well in school. To clear your head and stay calm, try holding your breath for a few seconds. It will be useful for controlling hormones.
