Step 2. Make sure Outlook's "Offline" mode is currently active

  • In the lower right part of the Outlook interface you will see "Offline mode" or "Disconnected".

Step 3. Go to the Send / Receive tab

When the indicated wording is no longer visible on the bar at the bottom of the program window, Outlook will be online again.
