Making your own earrings is a perfect way to add color to your jewelry box or create a special gift for a close friend. To make your own earrings, you need very few items that you can find in a DIY store and the desire to express your creativity. If you want to create earrings that will amaze everyone, follow these steps.
Steps
Step 1. Retrieve all the material
Take a trip to a DIY store (or those that sell beads, or online) to buy everything you need to make your earrings. There are tools you will need to create them, but when it comes to decoration, you can unleash your creativity. Here are the things you will need:
- Monachelle
- Alcohol
- Glue, or hot glue
- Toothpick
- Thin thread
- Tweezers
- Aluminum sheets
- Anything you want to use to decorate the earrings, such as paint, stickers, beads, glitter or stones.
Step 2. Disinfect the earwires
Swipe an alcohol wipe over the nuns. It is a necessary step before wearing the earrings.
Step 3. Form a ball or other shape with the aluminum foil
Use the foil to create a cute, small shape for your earrings. The ball is the most used and is the simplest to make. Use an aluminum square the size of your hand to make the ball. If you make them too big, the earrings will get too heavy and hurt.
Step 4. Decorate the earrings
You can decorate the earrings as you like. You can pass them in the glue and then in the glitter. You can also cover them with small stickers or beads. You can use glue to stick small decorations, such as wool balls. You can also paint them and then add decorations, or just leave them painted a nice color.

Step 5. Make a hole in the center of the earrings
