Step 2. Make two ovals in front of the head for the claws

Step 3. Draw four zigzag lines on one side of the spider to make legs

Step 4. Draw four more of the same lines on the other side

Step 5. Draw two circles for the spider's eyes

Step 6. Review the contours of the body

Step 7. Draw the spider's legs using the zigzag lines as a guide

Step 9. Erase unnecessary lines and color the drawing
Method 2 of 4: Simple spider

Step 1. Draw an oval to make the spider's body. Draw a square with rounded corners for the head

Step 2. Draw four curved lines extending from the spider's body. Mark the paws with circles and lines, which you can later use as a guide for drawing the details of the paws

Step 3. Repeat the same steps from Step 2 on the opposite side of the spider's body

Step 4. Add details to the head and body. On the back of the spider's body, draw the spinneret

Step 5. Add details to the spider's legs by making them thicker and keeping in mind that they are divided into segments

Step 6. Repeat the same steps for the paws on the opposite side

Step 7. Draw the spider's eyes with small circles, and the claws that protrude forward from the head

Step 8. Erase unnecessary lines and add scattered pencil strokes across the spider's body

Step 9. Color the drawing
Method 3 of 4: Draw a Tarantula

Step 1. Draw a circle for the abdomen

Step 2. Draw a smaller semicircle for the head

Step 3. Draw two ovals on the head to make the mouth

Step 4. Draw a series of ovals to make the tarantula's pedipalps

Step 5. Draw the legs using a combination of lines and curves that extend outward from the body

Step 6. Add ovals to the tarantula's legs

Step 7. Draw the main parts of the tarantula based on the outlines

Step 8. Draw the eyes by placing eight dots on the head and add the fluff all over the body of the tarantula

Step 9. Erase all unnecessary lines
