Method 1 of 4: Browned Breaded Chicken
Step 1. Wash the chicken breasts and cut them into bite-sized cubes, about 2.5-5 cm
Step 2. Prepare the flour
In a large bowl pour the flour, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients to blend them evenly. They will be the breading of the chicken.
Step 3. Pour extra virgin olive oil into a pan and heat it over medium heat
Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, continuing to stir. The garlic will be ready as soon as it becomes fragrant.
Step 4. Bread the chicken
Pour the chicken pieces into the bowl with the flour. Stir carefully to flour it evenly. Do this step carefully to protect the meat from oil as it cooks.
Step 5. Cook the chicken in a pan using medium heat
