Here's how to catch Shaymin. You don't have to have an Action Replay, but it will make it quicker.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: With an Action Replay
Step 1. Go to Via Vittoria
Step 2. Find an exit tunnel to the right
Step 3. Follow the path until you reach Shaymin
It is very weak, so don't use too strong attacks. Use the "Trick for Walking Through the Walls" to reach the silver rock in Via Vittoria.
Step 4. Advance a little, and when you see the first Shaymin, remember that it is a mirage, so ride your bike and keep going through the flowers until you see Shaymin

Method 2 of 2: Without an Action Replay
Step 1. Go to Via Vittoria
Step 2. Near the exit, you should notice an entrance that was previously blocked by a man
Go through it, and you should meet a trainer who will help you progress through the tunnel.
Step 3. When you reach the exit, explore until you find the Silver rock
Step 4. Press A to activate the rock
Later, Professor Oak will come and ask you what you are grateful for. Enter a sentence, then confirm.
Step 5. The stone should transport you to where Shaymin is
Step 6. You will find a long way
Use the bicycle to reach the end.
Step 7. You should find Shaymin at the end of the road
Press A to talk to the Pokemon and start the fight. Shaymin will be level 30.
Advice
- Save before facing Shaymin.
- If you have an Action Replay, use the walk through walls trick. Get to the league and proceed sideways. You will have to overcome a lot of water, but you will eventually reach Shaymin.
Warnings
- Using a cheat device such as an Action Replay can result in data corruption and freezing of your DS.
- If you are going to use Action Replay, it is very likely that you will get lost. It's probably best not to use cheats.
