This article explains how to edit an existing mailing list on Microsoft Outlook for Windows or macOS.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Add New Members
Step 1. Open Outlook on your computer
If you use Windows, you will find it in the "All Programs" section of the "Start" menu, more specifically in the folder titled "Microsoft Office". If you are using a Mac, you will find it in the "Applications" folder.
Step 2. Click on the "Contacts" icon
It depicts two overlapping human silhouettes and is located in the lower left corner. Your contact list will appear.
Step 3. Click on List
The icon looks like a blank sheet of paper and is located in the toolbar at the top of the page. The contact lists will be displayed.
Step 4. Click on the list you want to edit
The contacts from the list in question will appear in a pop-up window.
Step 5. Click Add Members
This button is located in the toolbar at the top of the new window (in the "Members" section). A menu will open.
Step 6. Select the folder where the members you want to add are located
You can add contacts from the following folders: "From address book", "From Outlook contacts" or "From new email contact".
Step 7. Double click on the contacts you want to add to the list
The selected addresses will appear in the field at the bottom of the window, next to "Members". If you add a user using their email address, type them in this field.
Step 8. Click Ok in the lower right corner
This will return you to the list.
Method 2 of 2: Change or Remove Members
Step 1. Open Outlook on your computer

Step 2. Click on the "Contacts" icon

Step 4. Click on the list you want to edit

Step 5. Do the following to remove a user from the list:
- Click once on the member you want to delete to select it;
- Click on "Remove member". This option appears in the "Members" section at the top of the window.
Step 6. Edit information about a member
If you need to change someone's email address, name or other personal information, do the following:
- Double click on the member's name to open their profile;
- Edit the fields that need to be changed;
- Click on "Close and Save" in the upper left corner.
