Netflix gives its users the possibility to change their subscription by choosing an economic tariff plan, or to proceed with the total cancellation of the account. By deleting it, you will no longer be able to enjoy Netflix products until you reactivate your subscription. Choose the desired option and learn what is the procedure to follow to cancel your Netflix account from the web.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Connect to Netflix
Step 1. Go to the [www. Netflix.com Netflix] website
Step 2. Log into your account using your email and password
You can also use the option that allows you to log in using your Facebook profile. You can do this though, only if you have already linked your Netflix account to your Facebook account

Step 1. Press the 'Your Account' button located in the upper right corner of the window
It should be available next to your username.
Step 2. Your account details will be displayed
Most users will see the details at the top of the window, divided into two panes, one for 'Streaming' products, the other for 'DVD'.
Method 3 of 4: Netflix Cancellation Options
Step 1. Decide what you prefer to do:
switch to a cheaper rate plan by limiting your account, or proceed with the actual cancellation.
Step 2. Choose to change your 'DVD' product pricing plan to a cheaper option
Select the 'Change Plan' link to decrease the number and type of discs you want to receive each month.
Step 3. Cancel your 'DVD Plan' by going to your account page and selecting the 'Cancel DVD Plan' link
Confirm your willingness to delete the Netflix 'DVD' product.
Step 4. Return to your account page
Select the 'Change Plan' link to change the rate plan in the 'Streaming' section or select the 'Cancel Streaming Plan' link to completely cancel the account.
Method 4 of 4: Reactivate the Netflix Account
Step 1. Submit DVDs you still have to Netflix by the date indicated on the cancellation page
You will normally have 7 days to return the films you still have after canceling your account. If you don't ship the DVDs on time, Netflix will charge you a penalty.
Step 2. Make sure you have received the Netflix account cancellation confirmation email
Remember that the days of the month for which you have already paid the subscription will not be refunded.
Step 3. Log in to the Netflix.com website within 1 year of canceling your account to reactivate your subscription to streaming and DVD products
You can log in using your email address and password. Netflix will keep your 'Instant Queue' and 'DVD Queue' information for a full year.
