Steps
Method 1 of 3: Using the Phone
Step 1. Call the toll-free number 800797634
Step 2. If you are a Netflix subscriber, you can get a code for priority assistance
Log in to Netflix with your account, scroll down the page, click the item Contact us, then click the link Call us. You will be given a code to enter and the estimated waiting time.
Method 2 of 3: Using the Mobile App
Step 1. Launch the Netflix app
It is characterized by the letter No. red on black background.
If you haven't logged into your account yet, do so now
Step 2. Press the ☰ button located in the upper left corner of the screen
Step 3. Tap the item Call the assistance center located at the bottom of the menu that appeared
Step 4. Select the Call us option
You will be put in touch with a Netflix customer service representative.
Alternatively you can choose the voice Go to the Help Center site to be able to seek specific help relating to your problem or topic or if you want to expand your knowledge of the services offered by the Netflix platform.
Method 3 of 3: Using Chat
Step 1. Use your computer browser to access the https://www.netflix.com website
If you are a Netflix subscriber but haven't logged in yet, click the button Log in, then provide your email address and security password.
Step 2. Scroll the page to the bottom
Step 3. Click the Contact Us link
Step 4. Scroll down the new page and click the Start a chat button
A box will appear listing the most common problems for which users need to contact Netflix support.
Step 5. Click the Tell us what your issue is option located at the bottom of the pop-up window that appears (the chat is only available in English)
Step 6. Type in the reason you contacted Netflix support
Step 7. Click the Start Chat button
You will be put in touch with a Netflix customer service operator.
