Have you ever dreamed of connecting with the people who create great shows like SpongeBob SquarePants, Sam & Cat, The Fairly OddParents and Avatar: The Last Airbender? If you have, you can stop dreaming! It's easy to contact Nickelodeon, whether you use your PC, phone or good old mail. There are many options, so don't hesitate - get started now!
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Contact Nickelodeon online
Step 1. Use the "Write Nick" page
The quick and easy way to contact Nick tends to be over the internet. For ordinary questions (like, for example, if you want to know when your favorite shows are on the air), use the site's “contacts” function. This way, just enter your name and write your question or comment - it's that easy!
To reach the "Write Nick" page, just search for "Write Nick" in your favorite search engine or use the "Write Nick" option on the MyNick page on the Nickelodeon homepage (www.nick.com)
Step 2. Visit Nickelodeon's “Contact Us” page
Another way to submit questions and complaints to Nickelodeon is via the Nick UK 'Contact' page. This page would be for UK viewers, but you should be able to get answers for any channel related questions, so don't be afraid to give it a try!
- To reach "Contacts", search for "Nick Contact" in your favorite search engine or click on the "Contact us" button at the bottom of the main page (https://www.nick.co.uk).
- To find this page, go to the Nickelodeon website.
Step 3. Try visiting the “Help” page for frequently asked questions
If you want to ask for something generic, it is likely that someone else has already done it! Visit the site's support page for a list of FAQs (and related answers). If your question is there, you don't even have to waste time writing to Nick - just read the answer!
To reach the 'Help' page, click on the 'Help' button at the bottom of the main page (https://www.nick.co.uk)
Step 4. For journalistic questions, use the relevant contacts
If you are a reporter looking for official Nickelodeon answers instead of traditional contacts, use references for the press or public relations. These contacts will ensure that your question or concern is read by a Nick representative as soon as possible - if you use one of the online forms above, it may take some time before your question is found among thousands of the other audience.
There are many official Nickelodeon press contacts - far too many to list here. For a complete list, go to the press page in the “Nickelodeon” section of the Viacom website
Step 5. For serious / professional matters, use the Viacom email
For legal, professional, and so on, it's best to contact Viacom, Nickelodeon's parent company, which controls its business operations. There are various ways to do this online, including:
- The official form on Viacom.com.
- The official blog, whose email is [email protected].
- Viacom social media accounts (Twitter: @viacom, Facebook: "Viacom").
Method 2 of 3: Contact Nickelodeon by phone
Step 1. Use 1-212-846-2543 for the New York City office
It's not enough to call Nickelodeon directly with a single number - the network has various regional offices around the world, each with its own number. However, its headquarters are in NYC, so this issue is suitable for a wide variety of global questions and issues.
If you are not in the US, do not forget to add the exit code of your country before dialing the number. For example, in Australia you type "0011" before proceeding with "1-212…"
Step 2. Use regional office numbers for local issues
As noted above, Nickelodeon has many smaller offices in addition to the NYC headquarters. They may be better suited for local matters, so try using these contacts, especially if you live near one of these offices. The numbers of 3 of Nick's most important offices are:
- Florida: 1-407-363-8500.
- California: 1-818-736-3000.
- London (UK): 1-732-779-8353.
Step 3. Use press numbers for journalistic questions
If you are a journalist, rather than calling office numbers, use the contacts reserved for the press. The job of these professionals is to make sure your question is answered as soon as possible, so they tend to be much more effective for clarifying questions, business information, and so on than single offices.
As noted above, there are too many press contacts to list here. For a complete list of available issues, use the same page as the "Press" above for online questions
Method 3 of 3: Contact Nickelodeon by mail
Step 1. Use the NYC headquarters address
As in the case of telephone contacts, there is no single postal address to contact Nickelodeon - each office has its own physical address, slightly complicating the situation. Again, however, HQ is a great place to ask general questions. The office is located here:
-
New York Office
-
- 1515 Broadway, 44th Floor
- New York, NY 10036
-
Step 2. Use the Burbank study address
Nick's series are not written, filmed or animated in NYC. In fact, most of the work takes place in California Studios. Therefore, if you have specific questions about developing and producing programs for the network, it is a good idea to write directly here:
-
Nickelodeon Studios
-
- 231 W Olive Ave
- Burbank, CA 91502
-
Step 3. Use regional addresses around the world
As mentioned, Nick has various international regional offices. Viacom, the parent company, has even more. Contacting any of these offices by post is a concrete option to get answers, although it is worth noting that not all regional offices may be able to answer questions outside their respective "jurisdiction". Here are some addresses of the most important offices:
-

-
- Nickelodeon UK Limited

- London NW1 8TT.

Advice
- Be yourself on the phone! Don't pretend to be someone else.
- Nickelodeon tends not to audition for roles on request. If you are an actor, it is much better to join an agency to audition.
